What is the Chaitanya Year of Practice?
The Chaitanya Year of Practice is a structured rhythm of live, asana-only training sessions, designed to help you progress physically throughout the year instead of plateauing.
Over the year, we practice together in clear training phases so you build strength, mobility, and technical awareness in a way that actually lasts.

FAQ
Do I need to be advanced?
No. You don’t need to be advanced — you need to be committed. Motivated beginners to advanced practitioners are welcome.
Is this spiritual yoga?
This is primarily physical training through yoga. Conscious, yes. Lecture-spiritual heavy, no.
Do I need props?
A mat is essential. Blocks are highly recommended. Strap + wall are useful.
What if I can’t attend every session?
