Welcome to Move Conscious. By registering for and participating in our services (including online and in-person trainings, retreats, memberships, and coaching), you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Registration & Enrollment

  • Completing the registration process confirms your acceptance of these terms.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any registration.

2. Payments & Fees

  • Fees must be paid in full before the start of any training, retreat, or membership.

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • Payments are otherwise non-refundable, except where expressly stated.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once payment is made, no refunds are provided.

  • In exceptional cases, we may allow you to transfer your registration to a future training (subject to approval, availability, and any administrative or accommodation fees).

  • Requests must be made in writing.

4. Health & Liability Disclaimer

  • Yoga and physical training involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks.

  • We are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage to personal property that occur during our programs or travel.

  • Always consult a physician before beginning new physical practices.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully and non-disruptively.

  • We reserve the right to dismiss any participant for misconduct, without refund.

6. Schedule & Program Changes

  • We reserve the right to adjust schedules, programs, or instructors without prior notice.

  • In cases of unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled or canceled.

7. Recordings & Promotional Use

  • By attending our trainings or retreats, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

  • We may use this content (including your likeness) in promotional materials, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, videos, manuals, and digital content are property of Move Conscious.

  • You may not copy, share, or reproduce them without written consent.

9. Age Requirement

  • Participants must be 18+, or 16+ with parental permission and supervision.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

By registering, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
