A journey to the source. Expand your horizons, and embrace the teachings of an ancient practice, blended with contemporary elements.

Under the guidance of Master Pankaj Sadana, Swami Ji, and Joa Gomez, this training offers a demanding yet enriching experience. This training combines traditional yoga, chanting, meditation, and philosophical discourse, as well as vigorous Power Yoga, and alignment-based teaching, all aimed at embodying the practice in this modern age.

Together, we cultivate the tools for self-exploration.

Our upcoming 350-hour Teacher Training is scheduled to take place in Pokhara, Nepal from March 7th to April 3rd, 2025.

Immerse yourself in the vibrant pulse of Nepal – envision vivid colors, fragrant scents, playful monkeys, and Buddhist monks, all accompanied by the majestic Himalayan mountains. To experience a land lost in the clouds while delving into a blend of yogic practices.

Nested in one of the largest valleys of Nepal, Pokhara is best known for the stunning view of the Annapurna range. Once laying on the important trade route between India and Tibet, Pokhara is one of the few places on earth from where mountains above 6,000 m can be seen unobstructed from an altitude of 800 m within a 28 km distance.
