1. Registration and Enrollment:

1.1 By completing the registration process, the student agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Move Conscious Yoga School.

1.2 Move Conscious Yoga School reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion.

2. Payment and Fees:

2.1 All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the yoga training program.

2.2 Payments are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in the refund policy.

3. Refund Policy:

3.1 Move Conscious Yoga School operates a strict non-refund policy. Once the payment is made, no refunds will be provided.

3.2 In exceptional circumstances, Move Conscious Yoga School may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis, subject to a written request and approval.

3.3 In exceptional circumstances, if a student is unable to attend the training, Move Conscious Yoga School may allow the student to join a future training, subject to availability, with possible administrative and accommodation extra charges.

3.4 The request for joining a future training must be made in writing and is subject to approval by Move Conscious Yoga School.

4. Non-Responsibility Clause:

4.1 Move Conscious Yoga School shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, baggage loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the yoga training program, including the trip to and from the school location and within the training facilities.

4.2 The student acknowledges that participation in yoga classes involves a risk of personal injury and assumes all risks connected therewith.

4.3 Move Conscious Yoga School, its instructors, staff, and facilities shall not be liable for any claims, demands, causes of action, or judgments arising out of any injury, illness, baggage loss, or damage sustained during the yoga training.

5. Code of Conduct:

5.1 Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and non-disruptive manner during the yoga training program.

5.2 Move Conscious Yoga School reserves the right to dismiss any student who violates the code of conduct, without refund.

6. Changes to Schedule or Program:

6.1 Move Conscious Yoga School reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, program, or instructors without prior notice.

6.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Move Conscious Yoga School may cancel or reschedule classes.
