Have you heard the myth that yoga is just stretching?

Even if that’s been shown to be false, many yogis still do not fully understand the difference between active and passive flexibility, the different techniques to help prevent injury and improve our asana (physical) practice.
Regardless of your experience, this program covers the entire spectrum of passive to active movement, so you can build full control of your joints and muscles, and gain (safely) the flexibility you always wanted.
At the heart of flexibility is the ability to move without pain, and this requires a range of tools to build strength, control, resilience, and mindset.
This is not a quick fix for temporary results, by using these techniques, you won’t need further training in flexibility. The goal is to make it easy for you to move freely, for life.

 How is the course?

The Yoga Mobility 20HR training is an online course with a mix of live sessions and pre-recorded content that you can watch at your own pace.

👉 Live: On Saturdays & Sundays (during the duration of the course) we will meet live for about 4 hours, to go through a lecture, followed by a practice where we'll cover the target area we studied in the lecture.

👉 Q&A: After each session, there will be space for a Q&A to solve any doubts.

👉 Certification: After completing the 2 weekends of live training you will receive a certificate of completion by Move Conscious, validated by the Yoga Alliance.

It's not required to be a yoga teacher to participate, but only yoga teachers will receive a certification.

Joa GĂłmez is an international yoga teacher and the founder of the Chaitanya Vinyasa method.

For over a decade, he has led teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops around the world, integrating the tradition of Vinyasa Yoga with contemporary principles of mobility, biomechanics, and conscious movement.

His teaching is known for combining intensity with precision, offering clear, accessible, and deeply transformative tools that help students build a practice rooted in both structural integrity and self-awareness.
