Chaitanya Vinyasa is a structured refinement-based vinyasa methodology. Not a creative flow. Not a fitness brand. A documented, teachable system built around structural integrity, breath governance, and the direct experience of awareness through practice.
Most movement practices treat the body as a mechanism to be optimised. Chaitanya Vinyasa treats it as a perceptual instrument. Structure, breath, sequencing, intensity, none of these are goals. They are conditions. Conditions in which awareness becomes more visible, more available, more real.
The method was built in response to a specific gap, yoga that had become either purely physical or abstractly spiritual, with very little in between. Chaitanya Vinyasa occupies that space deliberately. Embodied. Intelligent. Serious without being rigid.
