The truth is that even if that’s been shown as false, many yogis still do not fully understand the difference between active and passive flexibility, the different techniques to help prevent injury and fast-track physical development. That’s why I am offering the Mobility-Based Yoga Training.
This program covers the entire spectrum of passive to active movement, so you can build complete control of your joints and muscles, and gain the flexibility you always wanted.
At the heart of flexibility is the ability to move without pain, and I believe this requires a range of tools to build strength, control, resilience, and mindset.Â
This is not a quick fix or temporary result - By using these techniques, you won’t need further training in flexibility.
The training consists of 4 days of online live sessions where we cover all different movement patterns to make sure you build flexibility in your whole body. All classes will be recorded so you can re-watch them later.
If you can not make it to the live sessions you can also watch the recordings.
If you want to get the 20HR certification you must complete the final assignment by the date set in the training.
